However, please inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon delivery and note any damage or defect on your signed delivery slip. If you discover a delivery damage or defect on delivered merchandise, you will not be charged a return or delivery fee for inspected and authorized exchanges. If you discover a defect on merchandise picked up at a store or warehouse location, please return the merchandise to the location of origin for service, an exchange, a refund or reselection.
