In Ordinance 7084 Section 40.01.003(73) a garage sale is defined as “the sale of items normally accumulated by a household subject to compliance with each of the following conditions: No more than three (3) garage sales shall be allowed for the same location in any twelve-month period.
The duration of the garage sale shall not exceed three (3) consecutive days. Signs of any kind (including garage sale signs) are allowed neither in the area between the street and sidewalk, nor on utility poles. If signs are found in either location, they will be automatically removed and disposed of.
