Very disappointment bag was torn and mattress topper has marks on and has a tear in it a few inches long Should not have waited this long to buy one, my sleep has never been better. Smell goes after 24 hours and doesn't make me warmer. Topper arrived in good time andvwas easy to place on bed. My husband doesn't sleep very well on our existing mattress so when I purchased this product my husband was very excited... Brilliant: 2nd one I have had and I wouldn't want to sleep without one now! Once the smell had gone which took a day in a spare room it was excellent. It does not move and does what it says on the box- is a memory foam. Comfy sleep at last. The product is great but the fumes are not.
I had to have it laid out for 3 days and the smell was awful. Transformed a worn out mattress into a soft comfortable mattress. There is a slight rubbery smell from the cover but that seems to be diminishing.
