This hotel was very nicely kept. It was walking distance to some great Chinese food. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We asked the cleaning service to come back in 30 minutes so we could have enough time to pack our stuff up and leave. They never came back. Otherwise the stay was fine. Fortunately Amtrak had voucher's for Chicago South Loop Hotel.Clean hotel lobby and hallway's. Once in the room I noticed again cleanliness, tub, sinks, refrigerator, and floors.
