When our recycling man had to dump the front loader into the back, a few items fell out on our lawn. We live 3 miles out of town, so we get trash thrown on our lawn from time to time from people driving past us. So, since it was only a couple small things, I thought for sure he would just leave them there. But I was pleasantly surprised when he sprinted out and picked it all up. Patti T.ResidentFort Atkinson, WIJacob collected my trash on Saturday and went above and beyond what would be expected. He not only helped me bring things out of my garage, but he asked if I wanted to move my car out and then proceeded to back his truck up to my garage so we didn't have to drag it all out. He was kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

I so appreciate everything he did to help me out. What a great way to start my Saturday, with an unexpected helping hand and friendly conversation.Thank you for supporting the 2013 Walworth County Clean Sweep event. All of the containers were delivered on time, on the dates requested! We cannot tell you how reassuring it is to know we can count on Advanced Disposal to fulfill our needs for these extra services and containers. We were very pleased with the efficient and courteous service provided by your container delivery personnel: Tom Rockstrah, Wally Jaquith and Brad Benedict.I would like to say Advanced Disposal is great. They come early and take everything out of my trash can. If something blows out on the lawn, they take the time to go and pick it up.We truly appreciate your pickup service in our remote area, even with its weather challenges. It is a tremendous help!Thank you for your regularity in serving us.Thanks for coming to work everyday so everyone can get their trash picked up.
