If you discover a delivery damage or defect on delivered merchandise, you will not be charged a return or delivery fee for inspected and authorized exchanges. If you discover a defect on merchandise picked up at a store or warehouse location, please return the merchandise to the location of origin for service, an exchange, a refund or reselection. If delivery is requested, a delivery fee will be charged. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will have the item repaired by a professional repair service at no charge to you; or, if the damage or defect cannot be repaired we will arrange for replacement of the damaged piece.
