No one is breathing down your beck they treat you like an adult. Cons Hours are pretty long and work weekends. That is about my only thing that I can say to be a con. Cons The hours are long, and the expectations are ceaseless.

Delivery Tracking on the website is a great tool. Local management is stellar. One of the only reasons I am still here, dragging out hope that things will turn around. Cons THE PAY STRUCTURE!!!!!! The point of sale system, payroll department glitches, the lack of communication about said payroll glitches, too many Mattress Firm locations too close together without them taking that into account when they set our goals Advice to Management Your "bonus" program is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Really, it is not a bonus. It is more like, if you don't reach this often times unattainable goal, you do not get all of your pay. I cannot believe that there are mattresses that can be sold for mere cents in commission! Your whole pay compensation program is insulting! I went from making around $4000 a month with Sleepys to only clearing about $1300 last month.
I have lost my car insurance, my car is on the verge of repossession, the health insurance has changed so many times and is now so high that I cannot even afford to have my child on it. I literally had to go to food pantry for poor people just to eat! I am in the process of applying for food stamps right now. My credit score has dropped 200 points in the last few months that we have been under the Mattress Firm name. I am on medication for anxiety and cry constantly. Mattress Firm has literally ruined the life of financial stability I had built in 3 years at Sleepys. I used to love job. But now I think that I'd be better off working in fast food. At least you can get overtime there. Unlike here where it is a flat 10.88 an hour if we do not meet your unfair goals.
