Everything was explained, customer service was great. Best price around town. The dumpster wasn't in great shape, but let's face it, it is a metal box, how nice does it have to be to carry trash? I would recommend being a little less terrifying in the fees and disclosures forms. They made it seem like the company was more nit-picky than they actually were. I had no problems with Budget Dumpster. They delivered when they said they would and picked up when they said they would.
