At checkout I complained, and was told "We're shorthanded." When I asked for assistance loading my purchase, I was once again told "We're shorthanded" despite others ahead of me getting assistance. Service at this store has been declining for quite some time. I doubt I'll be shopping there again for big purchases. I was helped in each department that I entered with courtesy. My questions were answered and employees used professionalism with their opinions. My questions were answered and I felt the employees were friendly and helpful. Employees went above and beyond to help me. I can always find a person to help me here (unlike the other hardware store in town). The cashiers are always friendly and quick with check out. The pro-desk does a good job assisting me with orders. If something is not in stock they always find it for me.
