Great customer service team! If you go there be prepared to not need any help. Apart from the guys in the doors department you will not find any associates anywhere. At least they were all hiding at the time of my visit and it was a Saturday when you would expect the most associates to be there. Customers were wondering about needing help and no associates to be found. The whole place was like a self-help store, except for the door department where the guys were actually working. The team members at this store have been super friendly and helpful whenever I have had questions or help with home projects that I'm working on. I've gotten used to having to search around for assistance at other home improvement stores, so it is refreshing to have people check in with you to see how you're doing when you are at this store.
We have recently been in the store twice to look at kitchen faucets. Both times the clerks were friendly and available to help. After researching faucets online, we found what we wanted and bought it in the store. Shaun Taylor is one of the best employees I have encountered of all the Home Depots I have been to. He is a very hard worker and always willing to help. I had a horrible experience with a cashier that refused to do their job and wait on paying customers. The employee stated several times during this encounter "I don't care". I felt like a real sucker shopping at Brooklyn Park Home Deport that day. Jim in windows/doors is great! He has helped me several time and has always given me awesome service!
