Everyone in the office made you feel like you had been friends for years. Hung out talking even after our purchase was completed. I woke up with the worst backache, sleeping on a 7 year old bed. Cranky as I was, my husband and I pulled into the Orange store, we were greeted immediately by George who nice and cheerful. After introductions and some of my complaining we went straight to the beds. Every single one he showed us was tailored to what we wanted..He listened, he actually listened !! This was fantastic seeing as though other mattress stores will lead you to the beds they want to sell…not what you want. After 1.5 hours of laying on the most comfortable beds, we made our decision. I was so happy because after lying on the beds my back was actually adjusting and feeling better. Awesome customer service, quality beds and a fantastic salesman (George)..oh did I mention free delivery the same day? No need to go elsewhere, don’t bother. Custom Comfort was recommended to me by my best friend and her boyfriend (who have purchased around 3-4 mattresses here total and they keep coming back).
My mattress was a good 8 or 9 years old, was a pillow top and slumping in the center. I couldn’t flip it either! I was having lower to mid back issues and wanted a firmer mattress. I’m so happy I shopped at custom- the manager went through my options with me and I ended up with the revive 200 which I’m really happy with. Make sure to check in on Yelp for $100 off! Delivery was same day, around 5pm. The only part of the experience I did not like was that I had purchased a mattress cover which didn’t come until a good month later- and I had to call to find out what happened. I received it on my doorstep 2 days later and I can’t help but think they didn’t place the order at all.
