We approached the front desk at about 10pm at night and she came up to see the bugs. She clearly saw them and commented that it was "gross". Another vehicle also had its side window broken out. The hotel instantly gave us a list of glass companies to contact for a repair. The staff were not helpful. We had to contact the police ourself, they didn't... The confirmed internet price may not be what you get when you check out, twice it was tens of dollars more. Because we had a fair amount of stuff to unload that we didn't want to freeze we needed a motel type with separate entrances. The rooms are clean , comfortable & quiet. They serve a wonderfull breakfast including Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cold & hot cereals, muffins, toast, juices & tea or coffee. I went and got the window repaired but on night two, they came back and broke the same window plus broke into a number of vehicle that were there for a hockey tournament. Have stayed here on numerous occasions but noted that they have upgraded the reception, breakfast, hallways, and rooms.
