Level Contributor“” via mobileEven with the front desk person seeing the bugs, and even with pictures of the bites, the management tells us there were no bugs found in our room. We approached the front desk at about 10pm at night and she came up to see the bugs. She clearly saw them and commented that it was "gross". Level Contributor“” Hotel price is too high for what you get. Breakfast is included in the cost and there is a small sitting area to eat your breakfast. Numerous hotel guests had to park their vehicles in non designated parking areas. Guests did not want to park off the hotel site as there is some one... Level Contributor“” Rooms on second floor were better than the first. Had to move because our initial room toilet would not work. We were with a group that had pre-booked but unfortunately the site wouldn't honor the arranged group pricing with ALL group members. Some people paid much more while others had the proper group rate. There is NO security or cameras...




Level Contributor“” Rooms are fine and reasonably priced. Someone broke our side window out and rifled thru our stuff but really didn't take anything. Another vehicle also had its side window broken out. The hotel instantly gave us a list of glass companies to contact for a repair. The staff were not helpful. We had to contact the police ourself, they didn't... Level Contributor“” Clean rooms, pet friendly means you could have a happy dog next door, breakfast okay but no place to sit, have to take tray to your room, however no elevator. The confirmed internet price may not be what you get when you check out, twice it was tens of dollars more. Level Contributor“” We usually stay in another motel brand but this was on our route to the B.C. Ferry, we have stayed in Comfort Inns a few times prior. Staff was pleasant, rate was reasonable. Because we had a fair amount of stuff to unload that we didn't want to freeze we needed a motel type with separate entrances. Level Contributor“” This Motel has been renovated & a perfect spot to stop over on the way to B.C's Interior.




The rooms are clean , comfortable & quiet. They serve a wonderfull breakfast including Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cold & hot cereals, muffins, toast, juices & tea or coffee. I went and got the window repaired but on night two, they came back and broke the same window plus broke into a number of vehicle that were there for a hockey tournament. Level Contributor“” Booked this accommodation with advance pre payment for lowest rate. Inn is right off Hwy #1 by the Cottonwood Mall. Have stayed here on numerous occasions but noted that they have upgraded the reception, breakfast, hallways, and rooms. The room was clean, comfortable, well organized & included a fridge and micro wave. The front desk staff was very friendly &... Level Contributor“” Have stayed in this hotel quite a few times while visiting family in the area, some rooms with micro and small fridge, the basic comfort inn, friendly staff, close to mall, and restaurant's .
