Our original mattress was much firmer than the floor model so when ours arrived we were very unhappy. The owner called to see how we liked our new mattress and we expressed our concerns to him. Without hesitation he told us he would send us a new one. We were very delighted to hear this as we have not had the best luck in Memphis. Our new mattress arrived quickly and professionally! We love our new mattress, last night we got an amazing nights sleep! The owner really cares about his business, his customers, and providing excellent service and products!
