Cautious on 07/10/2015We stayed at this hotel over the July 4th weekend and had no incident. However, I took precautions: I brought my own metal luggage rack (they had none and bedbugs can't climb metal) and I did a quick inspection. I made sure all of my belongings were on the rack and that my luggage did not touch any wall, etc. Been home a week and have no bites. Should that change, I'll report back. I will always bring that metal luggage rack wherever I go! ELH on 04/22/2015I stayed at this hotel from 3/27/2015 through 3/30/2015 for a conference and was a bit itchy when I woke up the last day. I stored my open suitcase on the extra bed in the room. Now it is several weeks later and we have a bed bug infestation in our apartment. I have no travelled anywhere else or had anyone in my home at all. I am fairly positive this was caused by my stay in the room. It was such a beautiful hotel that I never expected this to happen :( I am now buying a new mattress Unsatisfied Customer on 07/23/2014What an experience!

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta for one night (7/15/14) and work to bites and itching. In addition, I am fearful that I've brought home these insects! I have not experienced this before and my career requires extensive travel. This is very unfortunate that I've been subjected to bed bugs in my home city!! I will not stay at this hotel again! We hope to hear from Anonymous on 07/27/2012I stayed in the Hotel in early May 2012. I woke up with bites and alerted the front desk while I packed up - They offered to send me to the hospital which I declined.

They later called me and said there were no bugs but since I had not traveled anywhere else to another hotel or airplane in months, and had never had a bite before I was suspect. We have since had a total infestation to our bedroom and it cost hundreds of dollars and time and lost sleep. Please be careful at this hotel!! Anonymous on 07/27/2012I stayed there between July 5 thru the 8th. Came home from my trip and started to notice that I was getting bitten alot.I though it was something diffrent how ever when I woke up this morning I saw a bed bug on the bed. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon. Anonymous on 06/27/2012We stayed here in early May of this year. Since then we have found bedbugs in our home. We do not a severe infestation, but since we have no visitors to our home and this hotel was one of two that we have visited, it could be a source. We aren't saying for sure, but it is possible. I didn't inspect the room for bedbugs because at the time I had no concerns or knowledge of the possibility of bedbugs. But since multiple bites and finding a few in our home - we have had to spend $100 to help rid t he infestation, so its worth mentioning.on 02/24/2012We recently stayed at this hotel and I have to tell you I am very paranoid about bed bugs. I contacted the management staff and expressed my concerns. The went over their SOP's and training efforts their staff are required to do and gave me the name of the company they use to conduct inspections and their phone number. Even with that, I wasn't satisfied so I conduct my "own" inspections of the room, the floors, the furniture, the head boards, the dressers, the drapes, the mattresses, the closets

, the bathroom, behind the pictures on the wall AND I looked for spots on the walls. I stripped the beds and thoroughly inspected the mattresses and removed ALL of their bedding. I even put mattress covers and my own bedding on the beds and I have to say, after I did ALL OF THIS I DID NOT SEE ONE SIGN OF BED BUGS. My stay was fantastic!! I even visited several of my friends rooms, did the same inspections and NOTHING WAS FOUND. Hyatt Regency Atlanta on 01/18/2012Dear 01/07/2012 posting, I am very concerned to hear of this report.
