I felt as if I were 'part of the family', and when you're on the road, that means quite a bit to weary travelers. Level Contributor“” We had a concert at the Medina Entertainment Center, so we decided to book a room and spend the night. The hotel is very basic, but it is very clean and I noticed it was very quiet. The staff are very friendly, and the complimentary continental breakfast is very good. I highly recommend staying there.2Thank CWolff49 Level Contributor“” I found out that I had been charged for 2 nights at this hotel via my bank statement. I had made NO SUCH booking. When pressed they told me that a room was booked for one night so could not explain the charge for 2. Level Contributor“” We recently stayed for a night after the Outlaw's concert. The staff were all courteous and the room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The breakfast they offered was great! I would definitely stay there again!1Thank Crystal S Level Contributor“” Clean, great location for our needs.

Only spent 12 hours in the facility, but as we checked out the general manager was friendly and efficient. The bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been, but the next time we go to visit our friends we will definitely stay here. There's a restaurant next door named Roberts...we viewed their dinner...Thank Anna Marie L “” This hotel is well cared for and very clean, especially considering the apparent age of the building. As someone who paints and does enough older home repair, I have to say I was impressed by the texture paint job on the walls, very thorough and clean job, just like the rooms. The room was big and had wifi, tv, hair... Level Contributor“” via mobileThis hotel needs some help. Majority of the desk staff was rude and not willing to help. Often if I needed something, they were outside smoking and were in no hurry to help. Inside my room, despite having the AC running, everything felt damp, like I was living in a basement. Books I had with me are now ruined from...
