What is the total delivery time for my order? The delivery time for your order is comprised of two parts, processing and shipping.




Processing is the time between submitting your order and when the item leaves the warehouse. For most items, processing time is done electronically and usually completed within 1-2 business days for small parcel and 1-7 days for large items. Shipping Time begins when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your location. For your protection, some orders may be diverted to our Order Verification Team. As part of this verification, we will notify you via email, usually within 48 business hours to validate your order. Please respond promptly so your order will not be cancelled. Additionally, be sure to provide accurate contact information when placing your order. The following items require extra processing time: Items that are too large and/or too heavy to ship small parcel ship are shipped with a designated freight carrier. After the carrier receives your order they will contact you to set up a delivery time. Typically, the delivery time is within a 4 hour window Monday - Friday between the times of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m..

Below are the typical service levels for freight item deliveries: Threshold is an interior delivery into the first dry area. Delivery agents will unload your items and will place them in the first dry area available, such as the garage or front entry. If delivering to an apartment the carrier will deliver inside the first floor of the complex. Please note: Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up. White Glove is a room of choice delivery. The delivery agents will unload and place your items in the room of your choice. White glove service generally includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs. Please note: Unless otherwise stated this service does not include set-up and assembly. This service is available to a commercial business address and requires access to an unloading dock.




The driver will move the item to the back of the truck. The Member will have to unload the truck (may require equipment to unload). Please note: Drivers do not assist with unloading, unpacking, set-up or clean up. Any other services are an extra charge to the Member and are payable to the shipping company. Q. If you choose your order to ship to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, Sam's Club may contact you to verify the "ship to" address. This may cause a short delay.
