Fantastic view and we thought we got lucky! In the middle of the night I awake to find a bed bug crawling towards my two month old, who was lying in between my husband and I. We stripped apart the entire bed and there was a full on infestation. My husband snatched the mattress out of the room and I called and informed the office that there was a bed bug infestation and that I had pictures of the bugs covering the bed skirt, mattress, and bed rail s. The office staff were not happy with us pulling the mattresses out of the room!
We did not care! They upgraded our room to one that was not infested, but didn't offer compensation! The allegations are true on trip advisor and other review sites! Management is simply covering the issue! Bob Marley on 05/02/2015stayed in room 465 lots of bed bug bites on my back the next day. bed bugs bites feel like a swarm of mosquitos that keep biting you over and over. took about 5 showers to try to ease the pain. lots of horny fat sista's at the pool each with 3 or 4 kids. jiggi boos humping in the pool at 4pm in front of my small kids. no trash pickup so you just dump your old beer cans in the laudry bin as you say good morning to the hookers walking all over the building.
