Store is organize and clean. Customer service satisfied my needs. Lumber guy JOSE was too busy to help me with some cuts to specialty wood. He did it begrudgingly after i marked the cuts, and set the first piece in the saw. Had to have him paged; it seems he was the only person in the store who could use the saw. Customer service clerk did not know you sell items by the linear foot, kept asking what size was the original piece I had cut. Did not know how to figure out how to convert inches to feet, or charge it out correctly. The price on the shelf was 39% more, and I was told that the store would nor price match the internet stated price.
They eventually did, but not until I argued heavily about it. I drove from Modesto to this store to get the specific specialty product, and regret it. Worst Home depot visit EVER. I will never return to this store. It puts a black eye on Home Depot's brand. Glenda was very helpful and she waited what seemed like to be a little after her shift ended to make sure I was taken care of. Stopped in to find parts to repair our RV. Had to make do to make it happen but staff there really helped. Couldn't recommend them more! Special thanks Gerarldo (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) Carol in the garden was amazing and extremely helpful! She kept up even though she was the only one out there! I ordered over $2,500 with of merchandise and supplies for a bath remodel. Although there was delays in delivery, items not on the truck and broken tub, the problems were solved. Once I spoke to a superiors, ellen and Kenny - things were corrected and I was given a discount for my inconvenience.

Being in the actual store and finding out that it's an actual factory as well; I felt like I was in Disney Land! The color was true to the website color, it came in a timely fashion, it fits perfectly, it's washable, and I'm thrilled with it. We live in Virginia and have just ordered a futon online, something we at first could not imagine doing, but thanks to Lee's excellent advice and support, we felt confident in placing the order... Great prices and it was delivered within 10 days from ordering. Heavy duty fabric way more substantial than my neighbors cover for less $$$. Will be ordering more... The customer service is outstanding! My husband and I both suffer from bad backs... We purchased the comfort rest mattress and I must say that I was able to sleep late for the first time in years!!
