Elgin Furniture deliveries are made Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and normally start at 9:00 am. Our delivery team will expertly assemble your furniture in the room you have prepared and make sure any packaging materials are taken away. The day before delivery, you will receive an automated phone call to verify your delivery and narrow your delivery time down to a 2-hour delivery window. Please listen to the prompts to confirm your delivery.
To prepare for your delivery • Ensure that someone 18 years of age or older is home to accept delivery • Remove obstacles that might hinder our delivery crew • Clear the room(s) where your new furniture will be placed. Our delivery crew cannot move or remove existing furniture • If a delivery requires the removal of a door please make necessary arrangements in advance To ensure the safety of our drivers, Elgin Furniture will determine if they will make deliveries during hazardous weather conditions. Special Orders are items that Elgin Furniture does not stock in its warehouse and ordered specifically by customer request. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be refunded or reselected. Special orders normally take 4-6 weeks to arrive and a 30% nonrefundable deposit is required prior to the order being placed. Availability of Special Order merchandise is not guaranteed. If for any reason the special order merchandise is no longer available, Elgin Furniture assumes no liability, but will refund the deposit in full.
