In a subsequent post, Bonanno wrote that he was shutting down the store indefinitely and, this week, would make a public statement "highlighting accountability actions taken within the company." It makes sense that the video would have been released without the owner's approval - because what owner would look at it and say that it was a good idea? At the same time, Bonanno's response doesn't make much sense - because what owner would let promotional videos for his company be released before watching them?
