Subsequently, you may pick up your order at the UPS/FedEx store/depot or post office store indicated on the delivery slip at any time within the allotted time frame designated by UPS/FedEx.

An optional White Glove Delivery Service is available for an additional fee and includes bed set up, testing and removal of the packaging. White Glove Service is recommended by the manufacturer and is well worth it. Once the products arrive into you local market a member of our staff will contact you to establish a mutually agreed upon date and 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery a phone call will be placed approximately 30 minutes prior to delivery, within the original 4 hour window, to provide additional communication.
