We had to leave the filth! 눉Needs new mattress, lumpy in middle. Towel are hard, not dryer with fabric conditioner. Shower soap too high up. Bathtub old and stained. Owner's making of eggs poor.눇Nice and helpful owner of B & B 눉-breakfast could've had more variety of fresh foods눇-fabulous location -helpful and gracious host 눉The room was clean enough but could have been better. For example, the dust hanging over the ceiling fan blades was pretty bad. Also, electrical plugs were scarce and inconveniently located. Ladies, if you use any devices like flat irons or curling irons to style your hair, you will be very challenged if you are staying in the Coral room. Perhaps the other rooms are better. Also, there is a hot tub on property but it is not ready to step into it and enjoy. It's covered with a bulky cover and it's not turned on, so to use it, you have to be willing to put in some significant and time consuming effort.
We brought our swimsuit a but never used the hit tub as it required too much time and work to use it.눇The location was great. Close enough to walk to Frenchman Street and French Market and French Quarter if you don't mind a 15 or 20 minute walk. A ten minute walk gets you to the streetcar station that can take you to the casino, sports arenas, etc. Also, Carl was very helpful in giving us info and directions. The bed itself was quite comfy and hot water was not ever a problem for us. 눉A lot of walking for older persons눇Clean, quiet 눉Bad location, awful breakfast, loud neighbors... 눉The linens were not clean. The shower curtain was hideous. Throw rugs should be thrown out. Breakfast was just O.K. Host could definitely step up his game and offer something besides microwaved eggs and sausage for hot items.눇Great location and the host was pretty friendly. Host also has excellent knowledge about the area sights and sounds. 눇Awesome breakfast, very kind and knowledgable host
눉The breakfast could have been a little bit more, bacon or some eggs눇Loved the location,loved Carl very sweet, and the house itself 눉Spa needed to be cleaned.눇Very quaint B&B. 눇The property is a perfect mix of extremely comfortable privacy and ability to hang out with other guests and/or host. It's within a comfortable walking distance of the French quarter and it's itself situated within an older, very picturesque part of New Orleans. If you're with a car, there can be free parking found right in front of the house itself. The host was extremely helpful with very good advice and also ability to organize tours, if requested. 눉Parking could be a challenge but that's an issue in most cities. We had two cars and managed without any issues.눇Comfortable room with a good proximity to Frenchmen's Street (less than 10 minute walk). The room was quiet - we never heard our fellow houseguests. Host was knowledgeable about the area and made good recommendations on places to eat.

The host is a great person, gave us great recommendations and was very kind. We enjoyed the hot tub, the breakfast and the confy beds.
