"Thank you so much for the great sleep!!!” If you live in Houston, you might notice the seemingly rapid growth in the number of Houston-based Mattress Firm locations, especially within Houston's 610 Loop. Mattress Firm locations have been springing up in prime locations around town, blanketing neighborhoods, including three recent stores in Montrose alone, at West Gray and Montrose Boulevard, Westheimer and Wesleyan, and Westheimer and Montrose Boulevard. Across the country Mattress Firm has opened and acquired 118 new stores in its fourth fiscal quarter this year alone, including many here in Houston. They're on a king-sized mattress manifest destiny across the nation! Ashford II & III are located in west Houston just north of Interstate 10. - InSite sold Commerce Center 9, a freestanding building located at 8600 Commerce Park Drive in Southwest Houston totaling 40,050 square feet, to GHGK Partners, LLC. This building was the final remaining asset of InSite’s West Flex 20 portfolio, which is now closed. - InSite is looking to hire a full time Property Manager.
