The home base for many well-known production companies, Culver City sits between LA and the Pacific Ocean, making it a sought-after location throughout Southern California. With under 40,000 residents and an overall area surpassing five square miles, Culver City offers plenty of space and a wide-open feel. And with other exciting activity in the past hundred years – movie studio development, California’s booming postwar economy, the revitalization of downtown – and plenty of SoCal landmarks located nearby, Culver City is a great place to call home.
