My husband and I were in desperate need of a good matress so we stopped in. The sales lady was immediatly helpful. she allowed us to lay on every matttress in the store and patiently told us all about them. When wse finally found the mattress that we loved she provided us with all of the information for the warranty and even brought the mattress to the front of the store for us to load into our truck. I was met at the door by our lovely salesperson, DeeDee. My son and I were in there looking for a futon for his room. DeeDee explained everything we needed to know about the differences in the mattresses and frames. We then were able to choose what would be good for my son. DeeDee was very personable and helpful and I was able to make this purchase very quickly with all the information that I had. Our son will now be getting a great futon to be used as his bed!!ShareFlag12/15/2012This was a fantastic store. This was a fantastic store. We called first and the woman who answered was extremely helpful and friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the same woman whose name was Deedee. Not only was she helpful and friendly, but she didn't try to push us in to buying something we didn't want.
She let us try all the options and decide by ourselves instead of being pushy like at other furniture and mattress stores. We HIGHLY recommend this store. Deedee was a wonderful saleswoman who was polite and very helpful.
