You may also elect to have your order left unattended at the entry to your home by issuing an 'Authority to Leave' notice. Can you remove my old mattress? Yes, we offer a mattress removal service in Melbourne & Sydney metro areas only. For an additional fee of $50 per item our delivery team will remove and dispose of your old mattress. For example, disposing of a queen mattress will cost $50 and the removal of a queen mattress and base will cost $100.Please note that this service is limited to Mattresses, ensembles and packing and does not extend to furniture items such as Timber or metal bed frames, sofa’s, bedside tables and other household furnishings. Can you deliver my bed frame or furniture already assembled?Assembled bed frames cannot fit through the space provided by doors and shipping assembled furniture across Australia would make delivery costs prohibitively expensive.
