At Inada massage chairs, we are determined to offer you the best massage chair experience you can buy. As part of this commitment, we provide buyers the option to purchase an extended warranty plan for a total of five years. This includes two additional years of coverage to the 3-year limited repair or replacement warranty that comes standard with our massage chairs. Below is a summary of the Agreement, administered by New Leaf Service Contracts. For the full contract, please click on the above link. If you have a warranty or product question, first contact Inada’s technical support team at 303-572-5000. In the event you detect and report, during the Agreement Period, a defect in the workmanship or material of the Equipment, then the Administrator shall provide the services hereinafter described. Your purchase of the Extended Service Agreement shall constitute your acceptance to the terms of this Agreement. You must keep this Agreement, your sales invoice and receipt for the product you purchased.




They are integral parts of this Agreement and you may be required to produce them in order to obtain service. You must maintain the Covered Product as recommended by the manufacturer’s owner manual and warranty. Notice: (1) The purchase of this Agreement is not required to either purchase your product or to obtain financing for it; (2) This Agreement does not replace the Manufacturer’s Warranty for the covered product. 1) DEFINITIONS – (1) “Obligor”, “We”, “Us” and “Our”: The company obligated under this Agreement is 4warranty Corporation… (2) “You” and “Your”: The original purchaser of the Covered Product and any authorized transferee/assignee of the original purchaser. (3) “Administrator”: New Leaf Service Contracts, LLC, 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway, Suite 900, Irving, TX 75039 303.572.5000. (4) “Selling Retailer”: The entity selling the Covered Product and this Agreement. (5) “Covered Product”: The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.




2) COVERAGE – (1) Term: The term of this Agreement begins upon the expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty for the Covered Product… (2) Coverage: Parts for the Covered Product will be replaced with those of like kind and quality at Our sole discretion. We may use new or remanufactured parts in repairing the Covered Product. If the Covered Product cannot be repaired, if the cost of its repair exceeds the Covered Product’s original purchase price, the Covered Product will be replaced as determined by Us with a product of like kind or similar features. If replacement parts are not available for the Covered Product or have been discontinued by the manufacturer, We will refund the purchase price You paid for this Agreement. We will provide on-site service during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. 3) EXCLUSIONS – The following is a summary. Please review the full warranty language for a full list of exclusions.




This Limited Warranty does not include service needed on Equipment as a result of any of the following: (1) Dropped product or components including remote controls, cracked remote controller screens, or cracked remote housing; (2) Cosmetic changes, tears, or failure of fabrics, woods, foam, pads, plastics, upholsteries, exterior coverings, and damages and changes resulting from normal wear and tear; (3) Installation, set-up, or relocation from the originally installed location; (4) Negligence, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, electrical disturbances and power surges, acts of nature, or work, attachments, additions, alterations, or modifications by persons other than authorized Administrator service providers; (5) Failure by the Customer to use a high-quality surge protector during the entire Service Period; (6) Improper operating environment; (7) Any problem not involving a defect; (8) Damage or malfunction whatsoever caused by an animal or pet; (9) Damage or malfunction whatsoever caused by liquids of any kind;




(10) Rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential use; (11) Unnecessary service calls. If no problem is found upon diagnosis by us or any other third party, you may be charged our standard rate for service calls, shipping costs, and parts; and (12) Use of any item with the Equipment if the item is not designated for use with the Equipment.
