People will be trickling in and out all day and they don’t know how many people will be able to get a massage, but they know their budget is $2000. Again, for math’s sake let’s use the $100 an hour rate to determine cost. With a budget of $2000, they can do 20 total hours of massage. Their event only runs from 9am-1pm, so that means they can have 5 therapists onsite for that four hour block to provide massages for their employees at the health fair. Any way you cut it, you can get a massage event set up that works for you, your staff and your budget.
