We both had a very good experience. Staff professional, quality Products, sauna and showers modern. Realy friendly staff, great ambience, clean and the massage was excellent. The right amount of pressure with oils. When you walk in, the staff greets you in a most polite manner. They offer you cold tea before you start and hot tea afterwards. They had great attitudes. I had the 90 minute relaxation massage for about $30 US. Overall, I would give this a solid "B" on a US school grading scale.
The therapist pressure was good, but... I've been living in Phnom Penh for a year and a half and this place was great from the start but my last couple of visits have been disappointing. For the price you pay here, you expect quality and those nice extra touches. There's no choice in oil anymore (it comes from an obnoxiously loud squirt bottle), the bathrooms have... I have called and make a appointment before the holiday. The staff confirm for me that their spa will open during 9/29~10/03, and I make appointment on 10/1, 3pm. Everything is smooth until i reach their shop on that day but no open. And when I take out my phone try to call and ask, outside their shop my phone... We were a group of 9. If you are looking for a great authentic, relaxing massage good place to visit. Recommend for family too. over priced for the service they give. upper lips was 6$ that's cheaper in Los Angeles!!, they don't speak English, that's another problem to communicate especially when you are going for eyebrow!! t

I went here twice in April 2016 with a friend. I had the 90 minute foot massage and he had the back neck and shoulders. Walking into this establishment we were greeted so welcomly by friendly faces. I was in a reclined chair in a dark room with relaxation music. It was pure heaven. The massage was truly amazing words... Its always calm and peaceful here. The staff are well trained. Waxing is best in town for sure. Massage and manicure good also, I think the price is fair given the ambience and furnishings. My only suggestion is training the staff a little more for when it comes to using the card machine to pay....thats all! I went to the Aura Spa on Street 294 this morning. I had 400 USD stolen off my wallet while I was asleep. When I brought this to the manager's attention she was downright rude and laughing at me. S
