The screws that were sent were way too big (they compressed the "T" tracks on the two sides and made it impossible to slide the rubber piece down) so I used GRK CAB8114HP Cabinet HandyPak 8 by 1-1/4-Inch Screws, 100 Screws per Package instead which were a lot easier to screw in, and actually fit. My local store is located in Burlington Washington It appears to be a non stock item in most stores. It is an easy online purchase though. I ordered and received it in three days. The track is 1 7/8" wide. The track does not have pre-drilled holes. You choose the location you would like to drive the screw, through the track into the door. Is the track made of metal or plastic? PVC, which is a plastic. what colors do you have? Is seal exactly 16ft? Comes in 4ft sections, makes it easy to attach to door, did not need a third hand I'm confused on the length of the track supplied The track base is a little over 16 ft. Each section is 4 ft. and you get 4 sections. My door measured 16 ft. and after install I had about 4" left over to cut off. I did not measure each section, but I had 4 of them and it all went together perfectly.
As long as your door is not wider than 16 feet this should work perfectly for you. is this gonna fit any door manufacture? I do not know. If the door is about 16 ft. wide and made of wood or aluminum with about a 3" wide base on the bottom, it should work fine. My garage door was a lift up aluminum measuring 16 ft. and I had about 4" left over after the install. I had about a 3" to 4" wide base on the bottom of the door. 16 ft.
