Preparation of marketing materials including promo, samples, sawbones, translation of EMEA materials, clinical evidence etc;
Checking the existing database of technical descriptions, collecting the necessary information and preparation of new technical descriptions;
Maintenance of price lists up-to-date & correct;
Preparation and implementation of information on new product codes & prices into business systems (SAP etc);
Close collaboration & support of the Sales Team to achieve business goals together;
Preparation of internal communications (news, requests, success stories etc);
Support of registration processes of current & new projects;
Monitoring and support of the development, approval and implementation of the product labels and instructions;
Management of demo equipment approbation & equipment rent project;
Close collaboration with the technical service department to build efficient processes for equipment repair & maintenance;
Development and execution of PR activities & patient actions;
Collaboration with a Product Manager in marketing strategies development;
Monitoring, support & involvement in marketing events preparation including internal & external events (business meetings, ProfEd courses, trainings, teambuildings, conferences etc);
Effective cooperation with other departments (ProfEd, Orthokit, Supply Chain, Legal, RA, Quality, StratCap, PR) for more efficient fulfillment of the mutual projects, marketing plan execution and business goals achievement.

Qualifications

Higher education (marketing, economic, finance is a plus)
Previous experience at least 1 year in marketing, sales or business development department is a plus
Strong Excel, Power Point skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet dead-lines;
Ability to work independently and within team;
Fluent English.
