Marketing Assistant / Russian Translator в Bentley
Summary:
Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual to become a valued member of our team as Marketing Assistant. The term is 6 months (with option to renew based on performance and project needs). Fluency in Russian and English is required for this role.
You will be assigned to ongoing Task Innovation Projects including - webinar moderation, localization reviews, entering data into our CRM system, recruiting for events/webinars, verifying customer contact information and other projects as defined.
You will work in city center location with excellent public transport links; surrounded by professional, supportive and collaborative environment. You would also have an opportunity to build great work relationship by attending social and team building events.
Your Day-to-Day::
· Review content localized into Russian for correctness.
· Enter lead information into templates for upload to our database.
· Research correct company phone numbers and other information on the internet.
· Verify user contact information – including industry coding.
· Gather user intelligence by asking questions about software usage.
· Other special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience: 0-5 and/or college degree in process.
- English and Russian fluency.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Access preferred.
- Excellent communication skills via telephone.
- Experience using Google or other Internet search engines.
- Willingness to learn.
