KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and set up the Marketing & Communication Strategy and participate to the annual Business Planning Process. Transfer the approved Marketing & Communication Strategy into a detailed budget and activity plan.

- Work closely with the retail team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives, by providing tools, materials and presentations as well as by developing appropriate in-store events, brand partnerships to drive traffic to the boutiques, and to engage and reward clients.

- Define and implement the local CRM strategy and cross-channel CRM actions to (a) maintain and manage the client database (b) recruit new clients and increase the yield from existing ones (c) promote and enhance the Client Experience across channels.

- Develop an efficient trade-marketing program offering high quality “in-store” and “event” support to Piaget authorized Retailers. Develop and implement Marketing & Communication plan per account/door.

- Manage the PR and Communication activities in the area and liaise with the media-buying agency regarding the development and implementation of the media campaigns.

- Develop and maintain media relations. Be the source of reliable brand related information for media. Seek to maximize Piaget positive presence in digital and traditional media channels.

- Be in charge of Marketing & Communication reports to Piaget HQ.

- Forecast, deliver and implement PLV materials, Gifts, etc. on time and in line with the existing guidelines and recommendations and with respect to budget allocations.

- Provide training tools and programs to develop the team’s skills and enhance their ability to perform.

- Organize BTQ and dealer customer events, BTQ and dealers’ staff trainings, salons and exhibitions in line with Piaget standards and guidelines.

- Provide Business reporting by product segment and by channel. Undertake continual analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, constantly reappraising Piaget Russia and CIS marketing tools and initiatives to ensure their competitive edge and effectiveness.

- Manage and reconcile the A&P budget. Control ROI of A&P activities.

YOUR PROFILE

- University Degree with commercial focus or equivalent education and minimum 7-10 years’ experience in product management and/or sales/ marketing positions

- Strong affinity with Luxury Goods and a genuine passion for Watches & Jewellery

- An entrepreneurial spirit, results-orientated and self-motivated

- Hands-on balanced profile between business acumen, an analytical mind combined with marketing creativity and operational effectiveness.

- An excellent communicator with engaging manners and strong influencing skills. Ability to work across functions to deliver results

- Hard working TEAM player.

- Fluent in written and spoken English; French is an advantage.

- Previous experience in media/journalist relations is an advantage.

- Professional experience in event management is an advantage.
