Market Access & Health Economics Manager в Johnson & Johnson

Main responsibilities:

Support to Market Access Head to develop, implement, and manage health economics and reimbursement activities

Analysis of product market access opportunities based on federal and regional legislation and budgeting

Develop practical strategies and tactics to secure optimal reimbursement for company's products on regional level

Implement activities required to achieve health economics and reimbursement strategic objectives

Provide reimbursement and market access support to sales force, regional market access team and key external stakeholders as appropriate

Stakeholders mapping and needs analysis

Management of stakeholders and KOLs responsible for federal and regional market access

Creation and adaptation of tools/documents required from access perspective in regions

Provide appropriate in-service training to sales and regional market access team to increase awareness and understanding of health economics and reimbursement competencies and their role in supporting a product's success

Defining and coordinating interactions with field force colleagues (cross-functional activities)

Требования к кандидату

Higher education

Additional economic or marketing education desired

2+ of Market access manager experience in different therapeutic areas desired

Good understanding of organization and of functioning of Public Healthcare system in Russia and in particular regions

Experience in driving strategic long-term partnerships projects with regional authorities, medical societies or other shaping policy

Knowledge: medical, market access legislation, health economics

Strong analytical skills

Excellent collaboration skills: proven track record of successful cross-functional/department collaboration

Proven track record of proactive feedback and recommendations on strategy execution

Standardized and structured approach with high ethical principles

Oral & written upper-intermediate level of English - obligatorily

Advanced PC user
