Requirements:
- Professionals with three or more years of experience in strategy/finance/business analysis/IT/methodology and business processing/project management at banks/insurance companies/telecoms/retailers/FMCG companies or consulting companies with relevant industry knowledge
- Ability to manage small teams
- Knowledge and experience in digital technologies and innovations
- Knowledge of agile and design-thinking methodologies is a plus
- Startup experience in any roles (internal or external) is a strong advantage
- Proficient MS Office user (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and an ability to learn required business systems
- Ability to create fascinating presentations and concepts is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
- All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation
