For custom people, you choose a base class and then customize your character's weapon and pieces to look like whatever you want! You can have combinations such as a Velociraptor with a T-Rex head, or a T-Rex with a Stegosaurus tail! There are many possibilities and a various amount of changes you can make. You can customize your own characters in Jurassic World, by heading to the triangular building in the main square and going to either the wall with the changing rooms or the lab with the dinosaur customizer. All custom pieces can be unlocked once you have the specific characters and/or dinosaurs unlocked for those set pieces. If you are close to an official LEGO store they have stations to make your own minifigures. LEGO also has an online Pick-A-Brick store where you can buy parts individually. They have a decent selection of legs, heads and headgear, but the toros selection is quite limited. Other that that, BrickLink is your best option.
