Loyalty Partner Relations Manager в IKEA


At this position, we expect you to support Community Team Leader to contribute to a sustainable sales and income growth for IKEA SCR by achieving long-term sustainable visitation and tenants’ sales development and by ensuring wide range of partners in loyalty program that helps to earn additional income, increase share of loyal customers and thus strengthen the position of “MEGA” brand in all markets of presence.

 

Responsibilities: 

  •  Sell participation in the Loyalty Program to MEGA tenants and external partners;
  • Develop strategy of partners engagement in order to increase the amount of MEGACARD partners participants;
  • Lead active negotiations and sign up beneficial contracts with merchants and external companies to the Loyalty Program;
  • Prepare and making presentations and sales materials for the tenants;
  • Manage Clients data base analysis permanently and searching new sales approaches;
  • Analyze the performance of existing partners and ensure partners active participation in the program;
  • Develop efficient business process in the organization to enable good cooperation and relations between all stakeholders involved into the communication with partners;
  • Work in close cooperation with Marketing Managers to increase the amount of active partners in the program;
  • Support Follow up and control IKANO KAMs in order to achieve the maximum output of the activities with MEGACARD partners
  • Secure follow up process, analytics and proper conclusions for further development and improvement of the program is in place;
  • Be responsible for compliance with the mandatory requirements of law of the Russian Federation, IKEA Group Steering documents and other internal Company’s policies, rules and manuals;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager and special projects as defined in company business plan and or Function/Department/Group/Team action plan.
  • Understand and keep track of the SC market, consumer trends, trends in loyalty programs in SC, retail, banking markets, use this knowledge as a tool to sell MEGACARD loyalty program to the tenants.

Requirements: 

  •  Higher education preferably in marketing, finance or banking;
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within loyalty programs in retail and/or banking and/or service sector;
  • Proven record of partners engagement/sales 
  • Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;

 Conditions: 

  •  Location: Khimki Business Park;
