Bought the memory foam mattress to replace the original cheaper mattress we purchased about a year earlier. We should've bought the CoolKidz mattress to begin with but we were trying to save a little money at the time. This mattress is super comfy. I have a bad back and am able to get a good nights sleep and get out of bed no problem. Which I was a little worried about with memory foam. I did a lot of research online and in person at several different stores and this mattress was the best fit for our kids bunk beds and trundle. My main concern was comfort and it really is quite comfortable. I myself have fallen asleep on this matress at a nap time or two. Planning on getting the same mattress for my daughter and myself. A descent mattress for my purpose I bought this mattress (without the spring box) because I was looking for something inexpensive and with a thinner thickness, specifically for the upper level of a children's bunk bed. This one sits well below the top rail of the upper bunk, reducing the risk of accidental roll-off. So far, I have not found any brand with the same thickness or less. The other option would be memory foam but that would require changing of some bed frame hardware. We purchased this mattress for our 11 year old son's bunk bed. He absolutely loves it. He happened to come home sick from school the day we brought it home, and he was so happy to get into his bed. He sleeps better at night and wakes up better in the morning. The mattress is soft, comfortable, and durable enough for a rough housing boy. got this for my boy and he loves it really comfortable I worried about going from a queen bed to a twin bed but this mattress is wonderful for comfort and price.
I have told various friends and coworkers about this purchase many times due to the refreshed sleep I get every night. Its ok, I like a firmer bed but this one is on the softer side Great first mattress for our toddler! We purchased this mattress as our 2 yr old son's first "big boy" bed. Got a nice bed and mattress picked it up same day and even had help at the dist center loading and strapping the item to my roof... Its a good price for a med-quality matress thats perfect for what we needed. It should last her a while until shes old enough and we can spend a little more on a more upscale model.
