Love?

What is love? Maybe I'm too young for the whole scheme of it, maybe too old. I've heard that love has no age, no gender... It's just the unconditionality of it. There is no specific amount of it. The idea of love is so vague yet, only a handful are able to cherish it. I hope it'll be there when the time is right, for me at least. What happens when one lives an entire lifetime without it?
