Description

Responsibilities:

Be first contact point for 3PL provider, manage exceptional situation aiming for effective result with relevant service level

Plan and align delivery volumes between functions: Operations, HQ, Belgium warehouse, Local 3PL provider

Plan and co-ordinate local movement of product, support operational rules and difficult situations

Ensure that goods loading and transportation processing is handled on time and in line with customer needs 

Coordinates and leads the work of external 3PL provider as solid knowledge of national transportation policies and practices

Negotiate new services x-functional and with 3PL provider

Support document flow as addendum for additional services, contract rate changes, other business needs, 

Drive on-time billing for logistics services and manage budget

Reporting Daily control – on-time receiving, information correctness

Drive X-functional hold management

Ensure KPI achievement, Regular check of calculations and KPI

Drive initiatives on delivery and product handling operational efficiency increase

Qualifications

High education in logistics / supply chain / economics

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Power Point) 

Ability to work with large amount of information, highlight & analyze relevant to the business situation

SAP knowledge as an advantage

Relevant working experience 2-3 years  

Advanced English (written and verbal),Fluency in Russian

Communication skills, team work, active work-approach, result-orientation, diligent & attentive to detail
