Dear Investor!

For some time now we have been working on obtaining a European crowdfunding license. This process is quite time and resource-consuming. One of the conditions for obtaining a license is the completion of token distribution from the ICO, as well as the absence of financial obligations to investors. 

The share of tokens from strategic and seed investors is 7,000,000 ATD. At the current rate of unlocks, all tokens will be unlocked on March 1, 2022, which will significantly slow down the process of obtaining a license.

In view of the above, we have decided to burn 30% of the total number of ATD tokens of strategic and seed investors, specifically 2,100,000 tokens.  

Thus, taking into account the already unlocked tokens, strategic and seed investors will have ~1,700,000 ATD left, which will allow us to distribute locked tokens by the end of 2021. 

This measure will allow you to get the remaining tokens more quickly and dispose of them at your discretion and it will allow us to continue working on getting a license.

As compensation, we are offering you an allocation of at least $3,000 to 3 incubated projects scheduled for release in the near future. Also, please note that this allocation will be in addition to the allocation you will be able to receive while in Tyre.
