LETTER

Dear Luis Pattison

I am writing on behalf of “English with Action”, where I am part of the administration crew. As it is well known, our organization works as an English academy. Our leadership in the sector comes within a structured study plan in which students and teachers work together in a fellowship atmosphere. We also organize different activities such as English travels to other countries. Unfortunately, the covid-19 situation made our plans to get modified. We have been forced to reduce our offer, and to make up for it, we are thinking on adding some extra vacancies.

We are planning to hold a competition in which the winners will have the possibility to travel abroad with al expenses paid. The purpose of this event is to encourage the younghood to study and work hard in a way that they can reach their dreams in the future. The money we collect with the live broadcast of the contest will be used to pay the trip and the accommodation of the winners in the countries.

In order to make people to participate we want to inform them about the date when it is going to develop. We are hoping that you might be able to helpus promoting and advertising it.

If your help in this iniciative is possible, I would be happy to arrange a meeting on the next week.
