A week before I tried to call to confirm a pack and play and it took me three hours to get a person who then told me they couldn't help me. Also their reservations for the restaurants are recommended in their own paper work but you can only make them online if you are party of 2 or 4. The line to check in was ridiculously long and slow - good thing there were things for the kids to do while I waited for half an hour to check in!!눇So much for the kids to do and wonderful entertainment in the evening. 눉Very small hotel Lego store.눇Theme hotel and rooms. and hotel overcharged room!눇Location to legoland 눉rate per night very expensive눇kid Friendly 눇Legoland is an absolute joy for children and their parents . The hotel staff makes every effort to cater to families and make their stay memorable.
Will definitely be returning. 눉The bunk bed mattresses were hard. The only ice macheine was located on the 2nd floor.눇The staff went out of their way to take care of us. 눉Food quality was mediocre.눇Loved the attention to detail with the extras they did at the hotel 눉The adults bed was pretty soft. Would have liked to have an outside playground also for the kids. If you are going to go sleep really early, they have kids disco at 8pm , the bass for that was heard in our room, although it lasts only for about half hour.눇Kids loved everything about the hotel! The themed pirate room was nice and big. The elevator, pool and the lego playareas were fun. Be prepared for a lot of kids screaming and running :). Breakfast was very good, specially liked the yoghurt bar with berries and the place where you could order omelets. 눉The food was expensive and my children didn't like it! A lot of the things that were listed on the website, where no longer available...but still advertised😡. O

Location not the best. I think pricing is not worth what you get since park is not always open.눇It was nice but location not the best.
