* Note that Pirate Reef is closed for the season through March 17, 2017. How many people can be on a Reserve 'N' Ride device? You can have up to 6 people on one Reserve 'N' Ride device. What if we have more than 6 people in our group? Additional devices will be available for your group, based on the number of Reserve 'N' Ride tickets you are purchasing. Why don't we all get our own device? We group people on one device so that you can ride attractions together. If you all have separate devices then you might not get the same ride time and won't be able to ride together. Can we make all our ride reservations at once? You can only make one ride reservation at a time but you can reserve the same ride as many times as you want in a day. Where do we get Reserve 'N' Ride in the Resort? The Reserve 'N' Ride sales center is located in The Beginning, near The Big Shop. What do I need to bring when I pick up my Reserve 'N' Ride device? You will need a form of government issued identification (i.e. state issued driver license, passport, etc.) or a $100 deposit to rent your Reserve 'N' Ride device would be required.
The ID/deposit will be returned upon the device being returned in good working order. What happens if I lose or break my Reserve 'N' Ride device? A penalty fee of $100 will be charged. What happens if I lose my device but someone finds it and turns it into an employee? The $100 penalty fee will be refunded. How is Reserve 'N' Ride different than free fast passes at other attractions? Unlike other Fast Pass systems, our Reserve N' Ride system lets you reserve your rides from anywhere in the Park and reserve the same ride as many times as you want. So you can get more from your day at the Resort! Plus you can "wait for your ride" while enjoying another ride, eating at one of our great restaurants, or anything else the Resort has to offer. Do Pass Members get a discount on Reserve 'N' Ride devices? Yes, Merlin Annual Pass Members receive a 10% discount on their device rental. Guest must show Pass Member ID at Reserve 'N' Ride booth at time of rental.
