It is small, outdated, and the "rides" are terrible. But my two boys would beg me to take them constantly. Every time we would go and pay the full price for admission, I wanted to shoot myself in the face, because it seemed like such a waste of money. I took my three grandchildren to Legoland on a Wednesday. They always love it there and enjoyed playing but when they wanted to have lunch I was told that we couldn't sit at any of the tables because it was time for the children on field trips to eat. We were told that we would have to wait until they... We have been to Legoland several times and have always been impressed!
We have never attended a special event such as Batman before, but it was amazing as well! Our son is 6 and just beginning to be a lego lover , I suspect that we have many more years at Legoland! Nicely sized for a visit of a couple of hours with the kids. Things timed and spaced nicely. The great thing with Lego is the appeal for various ages. Only complaint is spending $25 on photo and having support arm to frame snap off when extending it to display it at home. Not expecting high end but Lego usually not... I ordered on line which has a confusing website. You have to pick a time and pay extra for a sign hunt which did nothing for the effort .( you were to find lego figures near letters and they did not match the card and solve the puzzle ) I was only able to find a retired military discounts on... Sometimes challenging to find a good winter field trip spot for our program - Legoland is perfect! Many activity choices to keep young ones and their parents engaged. Organized, friendly, and intentional in their interactions with my students and the adults.

My son liked it but we left two hours later. My major complaint is how long everything took...lines, food, photos. It wasn't even that crowded! They need to do a better job of scheduling.
