It is so well organized, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and it was clean! We will definitely be back in the summer so we can do the water activities outside. We are happy to hear your son had such a great time, he could have stayed more than the 3 hours you all were here. We can't wait for you and your family to come visit again! My son had a great time on the rides and creating/building his race car. The only drawback was that there was so many people it was difficult to walk around without bumping into people. I don't know how many kids I seen unsupervised running across the race car ramps and sliding down them getting in everyones way so that... Our staff does their best to monitor our build and test areas to keep children from running down the ramps... My 5 year old son really loved this place! We will have to visit again when the water splash pad is open during the summer. Why did I pay full price admission for an experience where the "main attraction" is closed for renovation, and where more than half of the other attractions are falling apart?
I will not go back for a very long time, and probably not until I hear from someone else that the facility has decided to actively maintain the attractions instead...We are disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your visit with us. Our staff has been informed to let our guests know our play area is temporarily closed for renovations. We are sorry to hear this same message was... We took our grandson and his sister and cousins here for his birthday. We had a group of 10. You get a nice discount for a group. You have to pay for adults as well as kids, so the group rate was the best way to go. The birthday boy had a great time. The rides are good. We booked the field trip in the fall and came in January. We were not told beforehand (via email,phone call etc) that the climbing structure/play area would be closed until March. Needless to say, we were all disappointed. There was not enough for 43 first graders to do for over...Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback about your field trip to our attraction. We are sorry to hear your experience at our attraction was not positive. We apologize for the lack of communication about the remodel of our play area. Despite our play area being under construction, we do hope your students were... If your kids aged 5-8 really love to play with legos, they'll love it here. That said, if they're only mildly interested, it'll be a relatively short visit for you. Bigger kids will be bored quickly and smaller kids won't be able to do much.It sounds like you and your family had a fun time during your visit.
