Get into the Passholder Program Choosing the monthly payment program is easy. When you purchase the annual pass of your choice, you will be required to make a down payment. The remaining balance will be divided into 12 monthly payments. The payments are automatically billed to the credit card you provide at the time of purchase. The first payment is charged on the day you sign up. All the following charges will be billed about a month apart, thereafter. This option is only available to Florida residents.
