Skip long lines by arriving before noon and starting in the back of the Park. Skip Safari Trek, Coastersaurus, Fairy Tale Brook and come back to those rides around 3pm. Enter the Water Park before 11am or after 3pm to avoid long entry line.




Plan a meeting spot in case you get separated – the First Aid Building next to Coast Cruise is a good one. Leave your purchase with us and pick it up in The Marketplace at the end of the day. Parent Swap is for parents who have kids that meet and don't meet the minimum height restriction, so both parents can enjoy the experience. All members of the party are required to wait in line together. When you reach the front, let the ride operator know of your intention, so that he/she can accommodate you. When the first ride is over, the parents may then switch places and the other parent can then ride with the older child. Re-entry is available with valid parking stub during same day of visit. Buses and bicycles are free. Handicapped parking spaces are available near the park entrance, with valid placard. Six L2 car-charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis. Six L2 car-charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis. Strollers can be rented on a first-come, first-served basis at The Marketplace in The Beginning. You can also bring your own. LEGOLAND Water Park ($8/$12) Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV)* can be rented on a first-come, first-served basis at The Marketplace and in The Beginning. Reservations are not available. Electric Convenience Vehicles: $40.00 Electric Convenience Vehicle with Canopy: $45.00 *Wheelchairs & ECVs cannot be accommodated on rides due to ride manufacturers' safety restrictions. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to rent and/or operate an ECV. Most attractions at the Park are accessible to disabled guests, depending on the nature of the disability. In line with our family-friendly values and top priority for the safety of children, LEGOLAND California Resort is a smoke-free park and all smoking is therefore prohibited within the park (including e-cigarettes).




Guests wishing to smoke may exit the Park gates to do so. A designated smoking section is available outside of the Park for those guests that choose to smoke. LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort has been designed with the needs of guests with disabilities firmly in mind. Risk assessments are conducted regularly and policies are reviewed annually to ensure that the Resort remains as accessible as possible to all guests with disabilities, including wheelchair users, taking into account feedback from our guests, independent accessibility experts and a range of disability organisations. Our Accessiblity guide is currently being updated for 2017 and will be available soon. Our Ride Access Pass is currently being updated for 2017 and will be available soon. Ride Access Passes are reserved for guests who do not understand the concept of queuing; have difficulties with everyday social interaction; have a limited capacity to follow instruction or to understand others’ emotional feelings or expressions, and may therefore become agitated or distressed if they had to queue for a ride for an extended period of time.




In view of the level of accessibility in the Resort, wheelchair users are not eligible for a Ride Access Pass. For those rides and attractions where wheelchair access is via the exit, a Ride Access Pass is not required. For more information please refer to our Accessibility Guide. Accepted Forms of Proof The issuance of Ride Access Passes is based upon documentary proof of disability (blue or orange badges will not be accepted as this does not state the nature of the disability). Examples of documentation required are: Any other form that states the disability Please note, Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letters are not sufficient as they do not state the nature of the disability. Our staff are not medically trained so unless there is a disability clearly stated we are unable to know what services are required. Guests without suitable documentation will not be issued with a Ride Access Pass. Guests will be required to sign a Ride Access Pass declaration on production of suitable documentation.




Documentation will need to be presented for each Ride Access Pass application. Photographic identification is needed on each and every occasion an application for a Ride Access Pass is made at Guest Services. The decision as to what evidence is suitable rests with the Resort staff. If in doubt, please contact Guest Services in advance. While our Model Citizens are happy to assist with access to special ride compartments, they are not permitted to lift guests into or out of a ride vehicle. Therefore, park guests must be able to transfer to ride vehicles with assistance from a member of their party. Guests with Casts & Ride Limitations For the safety of our guests, those with casts may not be able to enjoy some of our attractions. The manufacturers of the following attractions prohibit guests with a full arm cast from riding: LEGO Technic Project X Any water slides in the water park The manufacturers of the following attractions prohibit guests with a full leg cast from riding:

The manufacturer of the following attraction prohibits guests with any type of cast from riding: Resort Accessibility & ADA Information LEGOLAND Florida Resort shops, restaurants, show venues and the majority of our rides and attractions are ADA accessible to guests who use wheelchairs or are in need of special services. Please download our Guide for Guests with Disabilities to use in addition to our Park Map on your visit to ensure your safety and enjoyment. LEGOLAND Florida Resort also offers a Hero Pass for those who may have difficulty waiting in line. This pass allows the guest assigned the pass immediate boarding through the exit along with one helper; however the rest of the group is required to receive a reservation. Once a reservation time is set for an attraction, both the guest assigned the pass and the rest of the group may return together at the reserved time.
