Legoland has a full day full of games, contests, dance parties, with the day coming to an end at 8:30 p.m. with the fireworks show. Legoland does July 4th perfect for kids! You will not want to miss the Fireworks set to a patriotic musical tribute beginning at 8:30 p.m. with great viewing in designated locations throughout the Park. Bring a picnic dinner for your family to share as well. Movies are all rated G or PG, and this year because of Star Wars PG-13, and the movies are all family friendly. Movies this year include Star Wars: The Force Awakens, The Good Dinosaur, Field of Dreams, Back to the Future, Surf’s Up, Goosebumps, Minions, inside-out, Shark Tale, and Home are some top favorites this year.  Each movie is at a local park all over both the city of San Diego and San Diego County.  All movies start at dusk (approx. 15 minutes after sunset, 8 p.m.). Movies are subject to change.
