Does my membership include blackout dates? If you purchase a Merlin Annual Pass Standard Membership, the Water Park blackout dates are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during July and August. Blackout dates for 2016 are 7/1 - 7/3/16; This pass also excludes Brick-or-Treat Party Nights admission. The LEGOLAND California Annual Pass (LEGOLAND Only) also does not include Brick-or-Treat Party Nights admission. Why is there no longer a general Merlin Annual Pass like in previous years? As of December 16, 2014, LEGOLAND has introduced the Merlin Annual Pass Premium and Merlin Annual Pass Standard membership. The new pass structure provides the option for a Premium pass with unlimited admission to the LEGOLAND Water Park and special events, plus the exclusive benefit of the FREE LEGOLAND Admission ticket. Refunds or exchanges are not possible in cases of inclement weather or attraction closure. If you are interested in just shopping at Legoland, simply stop by the outside Guest Services window and request a Shopper's Pass. ATM's are located just outside the Park entrance, next to the Model Mom Baby Care Center in Fun Town, next to the gaming area in Pirate Shores and next to Knights' Table in Knights' Kingdom. Before you approach the Legoland California parking toll booths, look for the large Welcome structure on your left, made of thousands of LEGO bricks!
